                                                  VP / Consumer Compliance Officer
Minimum 5 years of experience managing a Regulatory Compliance program in the banking industry (excludes BSA/AML/OFAC).  Candidate will ensure that the Bank is in compliance with all consumer compliance regulations and will have experience in writing and implementing policies and procedures. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications or other related field is required. Candidate must have excellent communications skills and must be sufficiently tech savvy to navigate various bank applications and software programs.

                                                      Junior Business Development Officer


Minimum 2 years of Domestic Retail Banking Sales experience. Business Development experience required with proven experience in prospecting, sales, and referring to other lines of business. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues. Good track record maintaining and improving the quality of the deposit portfolio. Experience with creating and maintaining “Know Your Customers” profiles. Basic Credit Training preferred with the ability to analyze credit documents. Experience preparing and making client presentations. Good analytical skills including legal and financial document review, and strong communication and writing skills. Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set. Bilingual English/Spanish required.


                                           Business Development Officer (Hialeah Market)


Minimum 3 years of Domestic Retail Banking Sales experience. Business Development experience required with proven experience in prospecting, sales, and referring to other lines of business. Responsible for maintaining an operationally efficient and compliant branch.   Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues. Experience in the Hialeah and its surrounding markets preferred.  Good track record maintaining and improving the quality of the deposit portfolio. Experience with creating and maintaining “Know Your Customers” profiles. Basic Credit Training required with the ability to analyze credit documents. Good analytical skills including legal and financial documentation review.  Good communication and writing skills. Experience preparing and making presentations. Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
 

                                                    Senior Wire Transfer Specialist

Minimum of 2 years of Wire Transfer Department experience in banking. Prior experience as a Wire Transfer Clerk or Wire Transfer Specialist processing and clearing incoming/outgoing wire transfers. Must be detail oriented and have good knowledge of operations and wire transfer procedures, BSA and OFAC guidelines and regulations. Experience working with Fedlink, Fedline and SWIFT system. Experience with call back procedures preferred. Experience or some knowledge of Standby Letters of Credit and Documentary Collection preferred.  Good problem solving and analytical skills. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication. Good organizational skills. Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.  PC Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Bilingual English/Spanish

                                                   Director of Residential Lending


Minimum of 5 year of residential lending experience and a minimum of 3 years of related management experience. Experience working the complete mortgage loan cycle from the application and loan disclosures to the loan approval and closing process. Excellent knowledge of Consumer Compliance regulations. Detail oriented along with good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Needs the ability to multi-task. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and must be sufficiently tech savvy to navigate various bank applications and software programs. Experience working with Calyx Point Central preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
