Sales & Service Associate

Teller/Customer Service Rep.

Hialeah Branch

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Customer/Financial Service Representative and Teller in banking. Good knowledge of on-line teller terminal and account opening/servicing procedures required. Excellent customer service and cross selling skills. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. PC Proficient on Microsoft Office.  Bilingual English/Spanish required.

 

                                                                  

 

Credit Analyst

 Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking as a Credit Analyst required. Strong background in real estate and C&I lending; and some residential underwriting experience a plus. Experience in research, credit risk analysis and credit risk grading. Experience in other areas of banking is a plus. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or related experience required. Good analytical and writing skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Proficient in Microsoft (Word & Excel). Experience with Moody’s Lending Cloud and Calix Point LOS is a plus. English required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
